Insight into the “Augstceltne”

Limited liability company “Augstceltne” was founded in February 2, 1991. As a result of successful operation in highly competitive environment “Augstceltne” Ltd evolved into a multi-branch company capable to offer customers a wide range of services. “Augstceltne” Ltd is recognizable by the trademark “Kurši”. Main fields of our activities are fuel retail trade, property management, catering, conferences and banquets service, telecommunication, construction and construction project management and hospitality. The largest branches are fuel retail trade with 8 filling stations, catering with several cafes and bistros, as well as property management, including buildings of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Bank Citadele.

Quality of services

Being aware that the services' quality assurance is the best way to guarantee success in the business, “Augstceltne” Ltd set up a quality management system and has obtained the quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2008 in the property management and maintenance field. Expanding company’s business scope the “Augstceltne” Ltd affiliate companies have created: “Tirdzniecības nams Kurši” Ltd, including 13 supermarkets in major cities in Latvia, and “Nekustamie īpašumi Kurši” Ltd dealing with the property management.

“Citadeles moduļi”

Citadeles ModuļiIn 2009 “Augstceltne” Ltd as a contractor have been implemented one of the largest and most influential projects in Latvia – administrative and office building complex “Citadeles moduļi” for Bank Citadele. Legally this is a new building, but in fact the project includes an extensive reconstruction of the multi-storey above-ground car park existing in the Republikas Square by restoring this building and adding the new construction on it. Object's total area reaches 32,000 m2, including about 22,000 m2 office space, about 9,000 m2 car park and 1,000 m2 other areas. The chief architect of the project is Baltic-German architect Meinhard von Gerkan, the chief designer – “Vincents” Ltd. In total 15 different design companies, as well as about 60 contractors from Latvia, Germany and other countries participated in the implementation of this project. The unified combination of the architecture, design and modern equipment makes the new Bank Citadele building one of the most modern in the Baltics organically connecting the past and future visual silhouettes of the city.
